Cancellation & Refund Policy

At AirTime Party Rentals LLC, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our inflatable rental services.

1. Cancellation Policy

​

- Standard Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before event date: Full refund or reschedule with no penalty.

  • 2 to 14 days before event date: You may reschedule your booking at no cost. Refunds will be issued minus the booking deposit.

  • Less than 48 hours before event date: Cancellations are non-refundable, but we will work with you to reschedule if possible, subject to availability.

- Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows

  • If we arrive for delivery and are unable to set up due to inaccessible location, no adult present, or safety concerns (weather, surface, etc.), no refund will be issued.

2. Weather Policy

Safety is our top priority.

  • If inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds) is forecasted, you may cancel by 8:00 AM on the day of your event for a full refund or free reschedule.

  • Once equipment is delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued due to weather changes during the rental period.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the cancellation approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your rental up to one time without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your event. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
